Description

Designed by Carlos Ott Arquitectos firm in partnership with Carlos Ponce de León Arquitectos firm, the building formal proposal involves a language of organic and nautical shapes, with bows of winding façades and curves, cloister-shape architecture with central park, surrounded by green areas that blend with the recreational, business and tourist spaces all around.

The project features apartments with 1 to 4 bedrooms and exclusive penthouses on top levels, with terraces and private gardens. Additionally, it includes an array of indoor and outdoor amenities with a unique proposal in the city, and a central private garden of 3.500 m2 (37,670 sq ft) .
